Description

A User ID Number isn't found in Liszt.

Possible Causes

The user is inputting an incorrect User ID number.

The user's ID number is not correct in Liszt.

Verify the user is using the correct ID number.

Verify the user's ID number is properly entered in Liszt under `People>People`.
